The College Achievement Program (CAP) provides services to students participating in Urban League programs to assist them in the transition to post secondary education and training. Students receive college counseling, assistance in completing financial aid and college admissions applications. They attend workshops and college fairs, and tour post secondary institutions. Students are also helped to remain in college until the attainment of a degree.
