The above will conduct information seminars explaning how to qualify for CHFA & FHA loan products to purchase a home and or to refinance out of a high intrest sub-prime product. Urban League of Greater Hartford Counselors will conduct seminars to explain how the Urban League can help you either purchase your first home or save your existing home from foreclosure.
The Urban League of Greater Hartford is a HUD Certified Housing Counseling Agency & is contracted by CHFA to provide Homeownership & Foreclosure Prevention Counseling
