H.E.R.S. Program (Hartford Engagement & Recovery Services)


The H.E.R.S Program is a communtiy-based program directed at providing comprehensive reunification and family preservation services to women ages 16 and over. The goal of H.E.R.S. is to strengthen families and to promote safe and lasting reunification.

• Services Include:
• Individual Mental Health Counseling
• Parenting Skills Training
• Intensive Case Management
• Drug Testing
• Post Reunification and Intensive Family Preservation
• Internal access to Education (Adult basic, GED, And Colege Prep), Office Skills Training, Vocational Training, and Referals to safe and afordalbe housing
