The Hartford Jobs Funnel Program is a program that provides case management, job placement, job development and retention support to Hartford residents interested in entering the construction field. The funnel also offers pre- apprenticeship training in the following trades: Carpentry, Iron Work, Electrical, Plumbing, Masonry, and OSHA Certification.
