The Center for Young Working
Families is an Annie E. Casey Foundation Project, through Hartford Making
Connections. The program targets 18-30 year olds that have at least one
child, and live in the Upper Albany or Frog Hollow neighborhoods. The program
motto is "Earn it! Save it! Keep it!" Utilizing the Financial
Coaching Model, we assist clients in achieving their short and long-term
aspirations. Based upon needs, participants are referral to all agency services.
