About the Event
Children and families who live in the Hartford area are invited to a fun, free, outdoor event from 4-6 pm in the parking lot of the Urban League’s office at 140 Woodland St. (corner of Woodland St. and Sargeant St.), the Friday before Halloween.
Decorated cars and tables – hosted by community organizations, small businesses, and individuals – will safely distribute pre-packaged candy and treats. Features include a DJ, music, double-dutch, arts & crafts, snacks, fresh produce, a variety of prizes, and costume parade. All young children should be accompanied by an adult.
*Costumes optional.
